Good location for events

Had a nice stay here. We were super close to the arena for a concert, which was a huge plus. The room was decent, but the beds felt a bit worn out. On the bright side, the breakfast lady was really sweet and kept everything tidy. Just wish the fridge was colder, as it hardly worked. Good for a night or two!

i truly appreciated the fresh coffee and bagels every morning. keep in mind parking across the street can be inconvenient for longer stays. loved having wi-fi access!

The suite was large, providing ample space for my husband and me. The hotel had a great pet-friendly policy, which made our stay more enjoyable with our puppy. We also appreciated the lovely city view that we could enjoy from our room.

However, the check-in process was a bit disorganized.

We had an amazing time at a live performance at the Ohio Theatre. The atmosphere was vibrant, and we loved how easy it was to reach from our spacious room. It was also heartening to see the staff warmly welcoming our special needs son's autism support dog.

In my wife’s opinion, parking could be more convenient for families with little ones.

Perfect Base for a Memorable Stay in Columbus!

After an 8-night adventure, I was thrilled with how seamless everything was! Louis at the front desk provided stellar service, making check-in easy. The convenient location allowed us to walk to both the Convention Center and the arena. Just a heads-up, the parking fee is $10 nightly.

the room had a little dirt by the edges. but it had a fridge, microwave, and strong wifi. the parking was pretty close and cheap too, good for exploring the area.

I loved relaxing by the pool after a busy day and enjoyed the yummy free breakfast offered each morning. The hotel had a great lounge for unwinding as well. The only downside was that some of the hallways were a bit noisy, but it didn’t ruin my stay. 😊
